Description
A spec plate sometimes has to fit ten or more lines of data: voltage, amperage, frequency, weight, and more. Cramming that onto a small plate risks text that blurs together. Himgo lays out the fields first, then sizes the plate and text height. That way every line stays legible.
Sizes & thickness
Larger formats such as 150x100mm or 200x100mm give room for multi-field layouts. Thickness typically runs 0.5-1mm, up to 3mm where the plate needs rigid mounting.
Metals and finishes
A matte or brushed finish cuts glare so dense text reads under shop lighting. Chemical etching holds a tolerance of +/-0.05-0.10mm, keeping small characters consistent across the batch.
