Will these badges hold up outdoors through sun, rain and washing?
The plating and adhesive are built for outdoor exposure and regular washing. Salt-spray-rated finish is available on request for coastal or heavy road-salt regions.
Can the adhesive be removed later without damaging the paint?
Standard transfer film is meant for a long-term install, not easy removal. If repositioning matters, tell us upfront so we adjust the adhesive rating.
Can a badge curve around a fender or door panel?
Thin formed metal at 0.1–0.2mm flexes over moderate curves. Send us the panel’s curve radius so we confirm thickness before tooling.
Do you match factory chrome or a specific black trim tone?
We match chrome, brushed and black finishes as closely as plating allows. Send a reference photo or sample and we confirm the closest match before production.
What artwork do you need for a car badge or letter set?
Vector outlines (AI, EPS or PDF) with exact letter spacing and size. We send a proof and a physical sample before the full batch runs.
