3D metal transfer stickers add a raised metal mark without machining a full nameplate. Himgo forms or electroforms the shape, plates it, then backs it with adhesive transfer film so it lifts straight onto a housing, panel or box. This line is sized for small, dimensional logos and letters under 50mm — not flat printed labels.

  • Thickness 0.1–0.3mm, formed or electroformed
  • Sizes 20x8mm to 50x15mm, 25mm round
  • Finishes: chrome, brushed, black, gold-tone, plated
  • MOQ from 100 pieces, by complexity
  • Sample lead usually 5–7 days

Materials & finishes

Option Choices
Material Electroformed nickel, thin formed metal, aluminum, stainless
Thickness 0.1–0.3mm
Size 20x8mm, 30x10mm, 50x15mm, 25mm round, custom to your drawing
Finish Chrome, brushed, black, gold-tone, plated
Marking/Process Electroforming, thin formed-metal stamping, plating
Mounting Adhesive transfer film

Electroformed nickel holds fine detail on small logos and thin letterforms. Thin formed aluminum or stainless costs less on simpler outlines. Match the finish to the surface: chrome and brushed read well on metal housings, black or gold-tone stand out on plastic or painted parts.

Typical buyers & uses

  • Electronics brand teams — a raised logo badge on a speaker, router or appliance housing
  • Packaging teams — a metal accent mark applied to a gift box or case lid

FAQ

What is the difference between electroformed and formed metal stickers?

Electroforming grows a thin nickel shell in a mold, so fine detail and sharp edges hold on small logos. Formed metal is stamped from sheet, which suits simpler outlines at lower cost.

How strong is the adhesive transfer film?

The film bonds to clean, dry housings, plastics and painted metal. We size the adhesive to the sticker’s weight and surface, and note the exact substrate on your quote.

Can a 3D transfer sticker bend around a curved housing?

Thin formed metal at 0.1–0.2mm flexes over gentle curves. Electroformed pieces are more rigid, so send us the curve radius before we confirm the process.

Do the plated finishes fade or need extra coating?

Chrome and gold-tone plating hold up indoors and under normal handling. Salt-spray-rated coating is available on request for outdoor or coastal use.

What file do you need for my logo?

A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) with clean outlines. We convert raster logos on request, then send a proof before tooling.
