Adhesive Metal Trim Badges
Self-adhesive metal trim badges that mount without drilling or screws. Die-cast or electroformed route depending on badge thickness.
Description
Some trim panels cannot take a drilled hole or a screw without weakening the surface underneath. Himgo builds these badges as a self-contained adhesive piece. Mounting becomes a press-on step instead of a fastening one.

- Trim badges on panels too thin or too finished to drill

Material and finish choices
Zinc alloy die casting suits a thicker badge with visible relief. Electroformed nickel keeps a flatter, lighter piece. Aluminum sits between the two. Plating covers chrome, brushed, black, or gold-tone, chosen to match the trim it sits on.
Standard size guide
Badge sizes commonly run 30x10mm, 50x15mm, or 25mm round. Larger badge shapes are cut to your drawing.
