Description
Spelling out a model name in individual metal letters means each character is its own small part. Every letter is cut and finished before it reaches the car. Himgo electroforms or cuts these letters from thin nickel or aluminum. They ship as a matched set on a transfer sheet for alignment.
Sizes & thickness
Letters run thin, 0.1-0.3mm, in formats like 20x8mm or 30x10mm per character. Thickness stays even across a full set, so the letters sit flush once mounted.
Metals and finishes
Nickel electroforming holds letterforms to roughly 0.05mm detail. That keeps serifs and curves sharp at small scale. Aluminum is an option when a lighter piece is preferred. Plating runs chrome, black, or gold-tone, applied before the letters go onto the transfer film.
