Description
Chrome trim has to catch light evenly across the whole badge, not just the high points. Himgo reaches that look by plating an electroformed nickel base, rather than printing a chrome color onto plastic. The shine sits in the metal itself.
Build options
The base is electroformed nickel, 0.05-0.30mm thick, plated to a mirror-bright chrome finish. Where a warmer tone is wanted, the same base takes a gold-tone plate instead. Aluminum is available when the part needs to sit lighter.
Common dimensions
Chrome stickers commonly run 20x8mm, 30x10mm, 50x15mm, or 25mm round. Larger emblem shapes are cut to your artwork.
