Description
Small parts and tight housings don’t leave much room for a tag. A compact QR tag keeps the whole format under 25mm on a side. Fewer QR modules fit in that space, so the data string has to stay short for a reliable scan. Himgo checks the module count against the code size before confirming the layout.
Metals & surface options
Aluminum is the common choice at this scale, keeping the tag light on small components. Stainless is available where the part sees more wear. Matte or anodized finish is preferred over mirror, since a reflective surface makes a small code harder to lock onto.
