Description
A tag held by rivets or screws won’t come loose the way an adhesive tag can under vibration. Aluminum tags with mounting holes cover that need on moving or high-vibration equipment. Hole position and diameter get set from your drawing before punching.

Common sizes
50x20mm and 75x25mm leave room for two mounting holes. 40x15mm works with a single center hole. Thickness of 0.5mm or more is common once holes are added, to keep the tag flat. Hole layouts outside this range follow your drawing.
Materials & finishes
Aluminum alloy punches cleanly without cracking around the hole edge. Anodized color coding still works with punched tags. Himgo checks hole count and spacing against the fastener you specify. A test hole layout can be reviewed before the full run is cut.
