Description
Some equipment surfaces can’t be drilled without breaking a seal or coating. An adhesive-only plate solves that, bonding flat without screws or rivets. Himgo builds this format for housings where mechanical fixing isn’t an option. The backing is sized to the surface and environment.
Build options
3M/VHB adhesive backing (0.5-1.1mm) is matched to the surface texture and expected temperature range. Thin aluminum or brass plates bond evenly without added weight. Anodized or painted finish is available where the surface needs to match the housing color. No mounting holes are added to this format.
Common dimensions
Common dimensions: 80x40mm, 100x60mm, and 120x80mm suit most flat panels. Thinner gauges, from 0.3mm, keep the adhesive bond secure. Larger formats up to 200x100mm are available for bigger housings.
