Description
Small text and switch symbols on a control panel need a crisp, legible edge. Laser engraving cuts fine detail, holding mark depth between 0.01mm and 0.05mm. That precision keeps abbreviations, icons, and multi-line labels clear even on compact panels. Himgo engraves or etches these plates to match the panel layout from your drawing. Text height can run down to a few millimeters and still stay sharp.
Metals & surface options
Aluminum 5052/6061 or stainless 304/316; brushed, matte, or anodized finish (5-25 micron). Screen printing adds color where a legend needs a coded background rather than a plain engraved line.
