Description
Drilling into a housing is not always an option, especially on sealed or coated equipment. An adhesive-backed plate solves that without touching the surface underneath. Himgo selects the adhesive thickness, from 0.5mm to 1.1mm, to match the surface. The choice also accounts for expected temperature and cleaning routine. A stronger foam-core adhesive suits rougher or curved metal surfaces.

Common sizes
80x40mm and 100x60mm are common adhesive-mount sizes. A thinner 0.3-1mm plate keeps the assembly low-profile.
Materials & finishes
Aluminum or stainless plate in a brushed or matte finish. The mounting surface should be clean and free of grease for the adhesive to hold. Edge sealing on the plate keeps moisture from working under the adhesive over time.
