Description
Outdoor and heavy machinery plates take more abuse than an indoor panel label. Impacts, weather, and rough handling during transport all add up. A thin plate can bend or peel loose under that kind of use. Himgo runs these in thicker stainless steel or aluminum stock. Edges are deburred, so the plate is safe to handle and mount.
Build options
Stainless 304/316 up to 5mm, or aluminum up to 3mm, gives the plate more resistance to impact. Brushed or natural finish holds up to scratching better than a mirror surface. Stamping or engraving carries the mark.
Common dimensions
120x80mm to 200x100mm are typical for heavy equipment. Thickness is chosen by mounting method and outdoor exposure.
