Sizes & thickness
80x40mm and 100x60mm are common for serial plates, up to 150x100mm where more fields are needed. Thickness holds 0.3-3mm with a tolerance of +/-0.10mm, keeping each plate consistent across a batch.
Metals and finishes
Anodized aluminum gives strong contrast for laser-marked serial text, with mark depth around 0.01-0.05mm. Stainless 304/316 suits plates exposed to outdoor or washdown conditions. Brushed or matte surface keeps the serial number easy to read at a glance.
