Description
Compact equipment panels leave little room for a rating plate. The plate still needs to show model, voltage, and serial fields clearly. Himgo builds this format for general machinery and equipment identification. It’s made to your drawing, not a stock template. Layout stays legible even on a small panel.
Build options
Aluminum 5052/6061 and stainless 304/316 both work here, chosen by the panel’s exposure. Anodized finish (5-25 micron, hard anodize up to 70 micron) holds fine text and resists handling. Brushed or matte surface is available where glare needs to stay low. Etched or laser-marked data both hold up under repeated wiping.
Common dimensions
Common formats run 80x40mm, 100x60mm, and 120x80mm for small to mid-size panels. Larger equipment often uses 150x100mm or 200x100mm. Thickness runs 0.3-3mm depending on material and mounting method. Any size can be cut to your drawing.
