Himgo builds brand badges from a drawing or logo file, choosing casting, stamping, or electroforming based on how much relief the design needs.
Build options
Zinc alloy casting suits raised, dimensional logos; stamped aluminum or brass suits flatter wordmarks; electroformed nickel suits fine detail on lightweight shells. Plating runs 5-25 micron in chrome, gold, or nickel tones, with PVD or painted color fill as alternatives.
Common dimensions
Brand badges range from 30mm at the lapel end up to 120mm for equipment-mounted pieces. Thickness follows the process: cast badges run 2-5mm, stamped or electroformed pieces thinner.
