Common sizes
Stamped badges fall between 30mm and 80mm, with sheet thickness 0.5mm to 2mm depending on the metal. Embossed relief usually adds under 1mm of depth – enough to read the shape without the weight of a casting.
Materials & finishes
Aluminum and brass stamp cleanly at thinner gauges; stainless steel holds a sharper edge where the badge sees handling wear. Plating, embossing, and screen printing all layer onto the stamped base – printing adds color without changing the metal thickness.
