Description

Material and finish choices
Zinc alloy or aluminum both take a black finish well. PVD gun-black or matte-black coating skips a wet-plating line and holds a consistent tone across a batch. Painted black is an alternative where PVD equipment access is limited for a given run.

Black badges run the same general range as other car emblems – 40mm to 100mm, thickness 2-5mm – since the coating adds negligible thickness. Confirm exact lettering height if the badge carries a model name rather than a logo shape.
