Description
Anodizing gives an aluminum tag color and a sealed, scratch-resistant surface. That surface holds up well through daily handling on the shop floor. The aluminum body stays light, which matters on panels, carts, and thin enclosures.

Common sizes
25x25mm and 30mm round cover small equipment and tools. 50x20mm suits general panel labeling. Thickness runs from 0.3mm up to 1.5mm. Any size can be cut to your drawing.
Materials & finishes
Anodized aluminum takes color well, useful for sorting tags by department or asset class. Brushed and matte anodized are common alternatives when color-coding isn’t needed. Plain mill-finish aluminum is also available where color isn’t part of the program. Coating color and thickness get confirmed against your drawing before production starts.
