Sizes & thickness
50x20mm and 75x25mm are common, both large enough for the barcode plus two lines of printed text without crowding. Thickness runs 0.5-1.5mm depending on the metal chosen. Custom sizes follow the equipment’s mounting spot or a drawing.
Metals and finishes
Aluminum suits lighter equipment and indoor installations; stainless 304 or 316 holds up on equipment exposed to washdown or outdoor conditions. Brushed or matte finish keeps both the printed text and the barcode legible under shop lighting.
