Description
A vehicle logo badge takes a beating from car washes, sun, and road grit. It has to stay flat and stay put. Himgo forms these logo stickers from thin electroformed nickel or aluminum. A 3M/VHB adhesive transfer film handles the mounting. No screws, no drilled holes in the panel.

Material and finish choices
Most logo stickers start as electroformed nickel, 0.05-0.30mm thick. That process holds fine line detail to about 0.05mm, with +/-0.02mm tolerance. Aluminum or stainless suit a heavier feel. Himgo plates the surface chrome, brushed, black, or gold-tone after forming, to match the trim color you specify.
Standard size guide
Common formats run 20x8mm, 30x10mm, 50x15mm, and 25mm round. Larger or irregular logo shapes are cut to your drawing.
