Description
A round pipe or a bundled cable doesn’t always give a flat surface to bolt a tag onto. A cable-tie slot solves that: the tag wraps on with a tie instead of a drilled mounting point. It stays put on curved or uneven parts where a bolted tag would not sit flush.
Sizes & thickness
Cable-tie tags commonly run 40x20mm or 50x25mm. They stay thin, 0.5-1mm, so they sit close against a curved surface without adding bulk.
Metals and finishes
Stainless 304 or 316 resists the moisture found around cable runs and outdoor pipework. Natural or brushed finish is standard; engraving stays legible once the tie is pulled tight.
