Description
How small can engraved text go before it stops reading clearly? This label format is built around that question, with text size checked before sampling. A crowded field with tiny characters risks blurring under a laser or etch pass.
Sizes & thickness
Plates run 30x30mm up to 60x30mm, at 0.2-1mm thickness, giving enough surface for dense text without crowding. Larger formats are available for longer spec lines.
Metals and finishes
Aluminum and stainless steel both hold fine engraved detail. Matte and brushed finishes give the clearest contrast for small characters; laser engraving or chemical etching are the two marking routes. Line spacing and stroke width both get checked against the chosen process before sampling.
