Description
Some enclosures can’t be punctured without breaking a paint seal or a moisture barrier. A brushed adhesive label solves that: it mounts flat, with no screws, rivets, or drilled holes.
Build options
Aluminum and stainless steel both take a brushed finish well, giving a flat, low-glare surface. Anodized and matte versions run in the same 0.2-1mm range. Text goes on by screen printing, UV printing, or chemical etching, depending on design detail.
Common dimensions
Most brushed adhesive labels run 40x20mm, 60x30mm, or 80x25mm, with a thin 3M adhesive backing already applied. Custom sizes and shapes are cut to your drawing.
