Adhesive Metal Labels

Adhesive metal labels let you attach a permanent metal mark without drilling a hole. Himgo backs thin aluminum, stainless, brass, and copper labels with 3M adhesive so they stick to curved housings, painted panels, and plastic parts where screws would crack the surface or spoil the finish. Buyers use them for branding, spec labels, and equipment tags on parts too thin or too finished to drill.
| Option | Choices |
|---|---|
| Material | Aluminum, 304/316 stainless, nickel, brass, copper |
| Thickness | 0.2–1 mm, thinner gauges favored for flat adhesive contact |
| Size | 40×20 mm, 60×30 mm, 80×25 mm, 30×30 mm, custom to your drawing |
| Finish | Brushed, anodized, printed color, matte |
| Marking/Process | Etching, screen/UV printing, brushing, laser |
| Mounting | Thin 3M adhesive, holes available as a mechanical backup |
Aluminum and brass in thinner gauges sit flattest against curved or textured surfaces, which keeps the adhesive bond even. Stainless is worth the extra weight where the surface gets wiped down with solvents.

Indicative only. Final price depends on material, finish, adhesive grade, and quantity.
Yes on smooth to moderately textured curves. Sharp creases or rough powder coat usually need a flatter label or added holes.
It handles typical outdoor exposure. For constant UV, heat, or wash-down we usually suggest a thicker gauge or holes as backup.
Yes, layouts combine brand, model, and marking in a single printed or etched design.
Adhesive is about how the label mounts. Engraved metal labels are about how the mark itself is cut into the metal.
Some buyers add holes as a mechanical backup on high-vibration equipment. We can supply both on the same label.
