Description
A brushed surface gives a logo a machined look, closer to a metal part than a decal. Buyers ask for this finish when the surrounding housing is already brushed aluminum or steel. A glossy sticker would stand out for the wrong reason. Himgo brushes the base metal before or after forming the raised shape, depending on the design.
Build options
Nickel and thin aluminum both take a brushed finish well; nickel keeps the fine electroformed detail near 0.05mm. Black or chrome versions of the same shape are available too. That helps if brushed does not match every SKU in a product line.
Common dimensions
Typical footprints are 20x8mm, 30x10mm, and 50x15mm, with 25mm round for circular marks. Thickness stays in the thin 0.1-0.3mm band so the sticker sits flush against the housing edge.
