Raised logo badges formed with depth built into the metal, not a separate backing plate. Electroformed or die-cast route depending on relief height.
Description
A raised logo badge needs to hold its dome shape without a heavy backing plate. A thick plate would stand off the panel unevenly. Himgo forms the raised profile directly into the metal during electroforming. The part is then finished and mounted as one thin piece.
Metals & surface options
Electroformed nickel, 0.05-0.30mm, holds a domed or stepped profile at small scale, down to about 0.05mm detail. For a heavier 3D emblem, a die-cast zinc alloy route replaces electroforming, with relief typically 0.5-3mm. Plating runs chrome, brushed, black, or gold-tone on either route.

Sizes we run
Thin electroformed pieces run 20x8mm to 50x15mm, or 25mm round. Die-cast 3D emblems scale larger, roughly 40-100mm. Either route is cut to your artwork.
