Description

A factory-floor plate has to be read from a few steps away, not up close with a phone camera. An industrial QR plate solves that with a larger format — more room for a bigger QR module and, often, printed text alongside it.

Screws or rivets are the common mount, since these plates stay in place long-term.

Material and finish choices

Aluminum suits indoor, lighter-duty installations; stainless 304 or 316 holds up outdoors or near moisture. Brushed or matte finish is standard, cutting glare so the code reads under factory lighting. Engraving, etching, and printing are all options.

Standard size guide

75x25mm and 50x20mm are the common plate sizes — larger than a small asset tag, sized for legibility at a distance. Custom dimensions follow the equipment layout or a supplied drawing.
