Description
A production line needs each unit tagged with its own number before it leaves the floor. A serialized barcode tag pairs a unique barcode with a printed serial number on the same face, keeping the two linked from manufacture through the unit’s working life. Himgo lays out each tag so the number sits legibly next to the code, not squeezed underneath it.
Metals & surface options
Aluminum keeps the run light for smaller units; stainless suits equipment built for longer service. Anodized or matte finish is common, keeping both the barcode and the printed number readable under normal shop lighting.

Sizes we run
30mm round and 25x25mm suit smaller units; 50x20mm gives more room where the serial number runs longer. Sizes are confirmed against the actual sequence before the file is generated.
