Build options

Stainless 304 or 316 covers surfaces that run hotter, since it holds finish and edge better than aluminum at higher temperatures. Aluminum stays the choice where the mounting point runs cooler. Mounting holes are recommended once surface temperature climbs; thin 3M adhesive backing is reviewed case by case for moderate warmth.

Common dimensions

40x20mm and 60x30mm are the common footprints for a heat-area label. Thickness runs 0.2-1mm depending on whether the label mounts by adhesive or by holes. Any size cuts to your drawing.
