Description
Valve rooms, control panels, and machine skids need small tags that state what a part is. An engraved metal ID tag holds that reference: a name, a code, or a spec line, cut into metal. It survives grease and years of handling, and mounts through a hole, a cable tie, or a chain.
Sizes & thickness
Common formats run 40x20mm and 50x25mm for short text, and 75x20mm for longer strings. A 35mm round suits valve tags. Thickness runs 0.5-2mm, matched to the mounting method. Any size cuts to your drawing.
Metals and finishes
Stainless 304 or 316 suits washdown and outdoor areas. Aluminum keeps weight down on panels. Brass adds a warmer tone for visible tags. Finish stays natural, brushed, or matte, so text reads clearly.
