Description
Fine text and thin strokes can break apart in a die-cast mold. Electroforming avoids that. It grows the logo in a nickel bath, building a thin metal shell. The shell holds detail down to about 0.05mm, well past what casting alone can manage.
Build options
Nickel is the standard electroforming metal, grown to 0.05-0.30mm thick. Detail tolerance runs around +/-0.02mm. Finishes include chrome-like, gold-tone, black, or brushed nickel, applied after the shell is formed.
Common dimensions
30mm, 50mm, 80mm, and 120mm cover most requests. The thin shell keeps larger sizes light. Custom outlines are made from your artwork.
