Description
Some logos need real weight and a thick, rounded profile that engraving can’t produce. Die casting solves that. It forms the shape in molten zinc alloy for a solid, dimensional relief.
Sizes & thickness
Overall thickness runs 2-5mm, with wall sections around 0.8-1.2mm and relief up to 3mm. 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, and 120mm are typical footprints. Larger parts run from a drawing.
Metals and finishes
Zinc alloy (Zamak) is the standard casting material. It can be plated in chrome, gold, or nickel. A painted finish is also an option for a flat color.
