Description
Appliance housings are often thin sheet metal or coated plastic. A rating plate for this surface needs a low profile and thin adhesive backing, not a bulky mount. Himgo produces this plate for appliance ID, sized to sit flush on curved or painted housings.

Material and finish choices
Thin-gauge aluminum, around 0.3mm, keeps the plate low profile on appliance housings. Matte or brushed finish is common; anodized adds a harder surface where handling is frequent. 3M/VHB adhesive backing (0.5-1.1mm) bonds to painted or coated housings without drilling.
Standard size guide
Standard sizes: 80x40mm and 100x60mm cover most appliance panels. 120x80mm suits larger housings. Custom dimensions are cut to your drawing, thickness from 0.3mm up.
